Version 1 of the #2on1Crew NFL Mock Draft for 2020. We go through the first round of the draft making team picks based on biggest needs and best available player. No trades will be shown on this mock draft but we will speculate on which teams could make trades to secure their guy. Last year's first round mock draft was filled with the big guys on the line, but this year is turning into a skill position fest with WRs, QBs, and even a RB or two projected for the first round.

A group of 12 fantasy football analysts got together and conducted a rookie mock draft for dynasty fantasy football leagues as the NFL Combine kicks off. This mock draft was conducted before any testing took place, so player rankings are based on perceived values of players from their college days. Our own Dan @awlsabermetrics participated in this mock draft representing the #2on1Crew picking out of the 11th spot. As is the case with all rookie drafts, this mock is linear as opposed to snake and 4 rounds long.

Future Free Agents and Hold-Outs

By: Dan @AWLsabermetrics

Fantasy football players, especially those in dynasty leagues, pay attention to Free Agent moves for the upcoming year to see which players will have new homes. However, few players look an additional year ahead to see who may be a future hold-out and therefore will have the potential to hold out in 2020 in order to secure a contract extension and payday before they hit the Free Agent market in 2021. This info can be critical when making offseason dynasty trades to fully understand value and possibly get the upper hand in the deal.

The newest member of the #2on1Crew takes a dive into 5 pass-catching running backs that are great value picks at their current ADP. He also shows how pass-catching RBs stack up against mid-tier WRs, and in certain situations can be a better producing pick than a WR ranked at a higher tier. While all of the RBs featured in this article are competing for touches with other RBs on their respective teams, in PPR formats those touches can be worth their weight in gold.

With all the Leveon Bell and Antonio Brown drama that took place in 2018, we look at what's going on with the Steelers as they head into 2019. Has James Conner solidified his spot as the new RB of the future? Will the pass game be as dynamic with JuJu as the WR1? What do they need to do in this offseason to return to the Super Bowl, and is a trip to the big game a possibility in 2019?

A slightly contrarian take on the upcoming 2019 NFL DRAFT. This Mock Draft is based on need, availability, and with the assumption that no trades will be made and teams will pick at their current positions. Since we all know trades will happen, I've also included notes on teams that are likely to make a trade.

Fantasy roster building

By: Tommy Molio'o

This article is my advice to fantasy football players on how to build a championship winning roster, and what to focus on when drafting. Since the draft is one of the most important elements to fantasy football, whether it's a redraft league, dynasty startup, rookie draft, or best ball draft, the draft is the last thing you want to mess up. And one of the most common mistakes I see in drafts, are players not having a game plan that is structured but also fluid.

Return of the Lakeshow?

By: Tommy Molio'o

With the addition of Lebron James in 2018, many Lakers fans believe the Lakers have a real shot at returning to the historic franchise that was so dominant in the 50's, 80's, and 2000's. Is this new-look team really the return of the #LakeShow? Or are they still missing too many pieces to make it back to the Finals? Can Lebron win with young talent around him or do they need their own "Big 3" to really turn things around?
